The Last Days’ Confidence Declaration: I Will Stand!

I wanted to do a continuation of last week’s ELC written on Confidence by giving a Confidence Declaration to keep you encouraged in these Last Days.

I declare that in the mighty name of Jesus, I refuse to be overcome by fear, confusion, deception, or discouragement. My confidence is not in this world, but in the living God Who reigns forever. Though nations shake and darkness increases, my heart is steadfast because the Lord is my refuge, my strength, and my ever-present help in time of trouble.

I declare that He who has begun a good work in me will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). God is not finished with me; and every promise He has spoken over my life shall come to pass in God’s perfect time.

I declare that I know whom I have believed (2 Timothy 1:12). My confidence is not based on what I see but on Who God is. He is faithful, unchanging, and able to keep everything I have committed into His hands.

I declare that I will not be moved by bad news, uncertain times, or the spirit of fear. My trust is anchored in the Lord, and my confidence grows stronger every day through His Word and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

I declare that when I pray according to His will, He hears me (1 John 5:14). Heaven is not silent concerning me, and my prayers are effective, my petitions are heard, and God's answers will arrive at the appointed time.

I declare that I will not cast away my confidence which hath great recompence of reward. (Hebrews 10:35). As I continue to wait patiently on the Lord, He shall renew my strength and reward me accordingly as I do His will.

I declare that every giant standing before me shall fall. Like David, I come in the name of the LORD of hosts (1 Samuel 17:45-47). Every obstacle, every lie, every attack of the enemy, and every impossible situation must bow before the authority of Jesus Christ.

I declare that I will be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10-11). Every day I will put on the whole armor of God. I will stand against the wiles of the devil and having done all to stand; and by the grace of God I will continue to stand.

I declare that every fiery trial will produce greater faith, greater endurance, greater wisdom, and greater glory. I will not think it strange concerning the fiery trials that test me, because I know my God is refining me, not forsaking me. (I Peter 4:12)

I declare that the Holy Spirit is leading me, strengthening me, comforting me, and empowering me to fulfill God's purpose in these last days. I will not grow weary in well doing. I will finish my course with joy, fulfill my divine assignment, and bring glory to my Savior.

I declare that I am an ambassador of hope in a hopeless world, a light in the midst of darkness, truth in an age of deception, peace in the midst of turmoil, and faith in a generation filled with fear. I choose confidence over cowardice, faith over fear, purpose over panic, prayer over anxiety, truth over deception, victory over defeat and Christ over everything.

I declare that I will be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. I will deny myself by putting Christ above anybody and anything. I will take up His cross daily and follow Him. Luke 9:23-26 Matthew 10:37 I will not retreat. I will not compromise.

I will not surrender. I will not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But I will stand boldly. I will stand faithfully. I will stand joyfully. I will stand prayerfully. I will stand victoriously. And when my Lord appears, may He find me watching, working, worshiping, witnessing, and standing with unwavering confidence in Him. 

I declare lastly Jude 24-25; Now unto Him that is able to keep me from falling, and to present me faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.

THEREFORE: I WILL STAND! I WILL TRUST! I WILL ENDURE! I WILL OVERCOME! FOR JESUS CHRIST IS LORD! (Read each month to reinforce your Biblical confidence).
